I meet the most wonderful people when I’m on the road. Last winter, I had the pleasure of spending a weekend with Jim and Lynna Woosley when I was a guest facilitator at Woodsong Farm Songwriters Retreat in Georgia. Jim and Lynna host a house concert series at their home in Petersburg, Indiana and graciously invited me to perform there on Saturday, September 21st. So tomorrow morning, I’m boarding a plane with guitar and merch and heading to the mid west? I think Indiana is mid-west??? 

Next stop Austin Texas. This will be my third time touring in Texas, but my first stop to this iconic music city. The PBS show Austin City Limits put this town on my radar decades ago, and I’m already pinching myself knowing I’ll be performing there. I’ll take the stage Friday, Sept 27th at the New World Deli along with songwriters Beth Lee and Teresa Neal. Very exciting:)

SWRFA – South Western Regional Folk Alliance Conference is also happening in Austin at the end of September, and I’ll be networking and showcasing my wares to savvy entertainment connoisseurs in the region. I got fancy postcards and business cards printed for the occasion:) Back to my packing!
