SERFA Charm and Passion

May 18, 2015

“The Southeast Regional Folk Alliance exists to preserve, promote, develop and celebrate the diverse heritage, of roots and indigenous music, dance, storytelling and related arts of the Southeastern United States” and that’s exactly what happened from May 13th to the 17th in Montreat, NC. I was delighted to take part in the conference, both as a performer and workshop facilitator. Thank you to Hadley Music, Crab Donkey, and Old Kentucky for hosting me in their showcase rooms! Thank you Kari Estrin and Kim Richardson for organizing a very fine conference!
